Cancellation policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen in life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24-Hour Advance Notice is Required

A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

No-Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a "no-show." They will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment and payment must be made to schedule a future service.

Arriving Late

Our therapists are scheduled to arrive at your location at the agreed-upon appointment time. If the therapist is delayed by circumstances outside of their control (e.g., traffic, parking issues), you will still receive your full session time.

However, if we are delayed from starting the session because you are not ready at the agreed-upon time, we may have to shorten your session to avoid impacting our next client. If your session is shortened due to your delay, you will still be responsible for the full original session price. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us stay on schedule for all of our clients.
