EQUINE & RIDER BODYWORK
Supporting comfort, movement, and function for both horses and riders.
My appreciation for horses began long before I became a bodyworker. Years spent studying the human body and movement naturally led me to deepen my education into the equine world.
Today, those experiences come together in equine bodywork shaped by each horse's movement, history, daily demands, and changing needs.
Equine Bodywork
Hands-on bodywork designed to address changes in movement and comfort, compensatory patterns, changing workloads, age-related changes, and ongoing care.
Each session includes time to discuss what you've noticed, assess how your horse is moving and responding that day, provide bodywork guided by what I find, and offer recommendations when appropriate.

Collaborative Care
Bodywork is intended to complement—not replace—veterinary care. When appropriate, I'm happy to collaborate with your veterinarian and other members of your horse's care team.
Rider Bodywork
Horse and rider are continually adapting to one another. A restriction, imbalance, or habitual movement pattern in the rider can influence how they sit, load the saddle, use their aids, and respond to the horse.
At the same time, riders may adapt to changes in their horse—shifting weight, bracing, or developing compensatory patterns of their own. Over time, these adaptations can become familiar enough that neither horse nor rider is consciously aware of them. They may even appear to mirror one another, although the underlying reasons can be different.
Rider bodywork offers an opportunity to explore your own mobility, comfort, and movement patterns with the horse-rider relationship in mind. Sessions are provided through my Individualized Bodywork approach and can stand alone or complement your horse's care.
