Bodywork & Structural Integration
Assessment-guided, individualized care that supports how your body moves, adapts, and functions as a whole.
Individualized Bodywork
Every body carries a history shaped by movement, injury, stress, habits, and the demands of daily life.
Individualized Bodywork combines skilled manual therapy, movement assessment, and education to understand what your body is asking for now. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, supporting meaningful change in how you feel, move, and function.

Structural Integration
Structural Integration is a whole-body approach to addressing long-standing patterns in the body. It looks beyond isolated areas of discomfort to consider how everything is connected.
The 10-Series provides a progressive framework for exploring these patterns across the whole body. Each session has a particular focus while building on the work that came before, giving your body time to respond and adapt as the series unfolds.

Is the 10-series right for you?
Want to explore patterns that may be contributing to recurring discomfort or limitation.
Are interested in how different areas of your body influence one another.
Enjoy learning about your body and participating in the process between sessions.
Are ready to give the process time to unfold rather than looking only for immediate symptom relief.
Value a progressive approach rather than isolated sessions.
Each phase prepares you for the next, but the framework is never rigid. Your body, your goals, and your response to the work help shape how each session unfolds.
Beginning Your Care
New clients begin with an Initial Assessment & Individualized Bodywork session.
This first visit gives us time to understand what brings you in, assess how your body moves and adapts, and begin hands-on work. From there, we can decide together whether ongoing Individualized Bodywork, Structural Integration, or another approach aligns with your goals.
